Online Orders, Delivery & Risk

By placing an order online, you acknowledge that:

• Purchases are made at your own discretion and risk
• We use independent third-party courier services
• Once an order has been dispatched or marked as delivered, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer

Pretty Tiffins and Jaipur Luxe Atelier cannot be held liable for:

• Courier delays
• Lost or stolen parcels
• Theft after delivery
• Incorrect delivery details provided
• Circumstances beyond our control

We recommend ensuring someone is available to safely receive your parcel.

Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit

As a small business working with limited, handcrafted collections:

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Eligible items may be: ✔ Exchanged, or ✔ Issued a store voucher/store credit

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Returned within 7 days
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customised or personalised items are non-returnable. Sale/clearance items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
